Hotel Reservation
We have reserved a group of rooms at Hotel
Regina Elena, varying from single room, double room for
two persons, double rooms for single occupancy (to be used when no other
single rooms are available). Rooms variate also in size and nicety of
location.
Consequently the prices also variate.
The special price for the workshop attendance is as follows.
Prices for full board per person per day
- Single room: from 106 to 117 E
- Double room-double occupancy: from 93 to 104 E
- Double room-single occupancy: from 127 to 142 E
(E = EURO; roughly the same in dollars, current
exchange rate, but nobody dares to guess the rate next June...)
Accompanying persons are welcome (...though we cannot support their stay).
If you arrive one day before or leave one day after there is a small
surcharge for those days.
You may as well stay more, discussing the prices with the hotel.
A longer stay is recommended, because the area offers a variety of
opportunities for interesting sightseeing.
BOOKING and RESERVATION deadline
You have to book yourself, by phone or fax using a credit card, referring
to: June Workshop-Professor Astesiano.
The hotel, as usual, will require a credit card for the normal first
night deposit; but, if any serious problem will force you to cancel the
invitation, please contact us and we will take care.
The expected arrival day is June 12th; there will be an opening reception
at 6.00 pm.
The availability of the rooms is not guaranteed after April 15.
You are warmly encouraged to book as soon as possible.
PLEASE give us notice by email when you book, so that we are informed of
what is going on.
